• Built centralised firewall change management, replacing legacy approval flows and risky practices — eliminating production incidents from firewall misconfiguration.

• Systematised the decomposition and refactoring of a gigantic, IaC monorepo actively used across the organisation which had become a bottleneck for development velocity and reliability.
